This Privacy Policy explains how Safe View (“the Extension”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Chrome extension and related services operated by VyshWave (vyshwave@gmail.com).

1. Local text processing

Safe View examines page text locally in your browser to find and filter matching words. Page text and page contents are never sent to VyshWave servers.

2. Local dictionaries and settings

Built-in dictionaries, selected languages, site lists, filtering preferences, replacement text, and custom words are stored and processed locally on your device. We do not receive these dictionaries or settings.

3. Information our server receives

• Account information — your email address and account identifier when you sign in.
• Authentication data — session and token records needed to keep you signed in.
• Entitlement and billing data — your Free or Pro status and, when billing is available, the customer and subscription identifiers needed to provide Pro access.

The server receives only the account, authentication, entitlement, and billing information needed to provide those services. It never receives the text of pages you view or filter.

4. Payments and sharing

When paid checkout is available, Paddle processes subscriptions as Merchant of Record and handles payment-card details. We do not sell personal information. We share account or billing data only with service providers needed to operate Safe View, or when required by law.

5. Retention and your choices

Account, authentication, entitlement, and billing records are retained while needed to provide and secure the service and meet legal obligations. Local data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the Extension. You may sign out at any time. For account deletion or privacy requests, email vyshwave@gmail.com.
