Focus Guard helps you block websites like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, and Facebook. Set daily minutes, confirm before opening, or start a focus session that only allows your whitelist.

Block sites

Add distracting domains to a blacklist. Opening one shows a confirm screen first so you pause before diving in.

Daily limits

Track time on blacklisted sites against a daily budget. After the budget is used, Focus Guard warns you — even if you are already on the page.

Focus mode

Start a focus session for whitelist-only browsing, with an open-once escape when you truly need it. Search, login, and checkout pages stay usable.
