These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vyshwave websites, Chrome extensions, and related services (the “Services”), including Live Currency Converter. By installing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. The Services
We provide browser extensions and supporting APIs (authentication, billing entitlements, and product features such as exchange-rate lookups). Features may differ between Free and Pro plans. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
3. Accounts
Some features require signing in with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for access to that email inbox and for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid Pro plans are sold through Paddle.com. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns according to applicable policies.
Prices are shown on the product page and in the extension. Taxes may be collected by Paddle where required.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Services
- Do not use the Services for unlawful activity
- Do not abuse rate limits, authentication, or billing systems
6. Intellectual property
Vyshwave and its logos, extension names, and related materials remain our property (or our licensors’). You receive a limited license to use the extensions as distributed via the Chrome Web Store and these Terms.
7. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is”. Exchange rates come from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. We do not guarantee fitness for financial, trading, or accounting decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyshwave is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
