Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid Pro subscriptions for Vyshwave products, including Live Currency Converter.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase (or renewal) date.
How to request a refund
- Email vyshwave@gmail.com with the email used for the purchase and approximate order date, or
- Contact Paddle (our Merchant of Record) through the receipt or customer portal linked from your purchase confirmation.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns.
After 30 days
Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are considered case-by-case. You can cancel future renewals anytime from the extension’s Manage subscription flow (Paddle customer portal).
Free plan
The Free plan does not involve payment and is not subject to refunds.
